NAPAWF engages in legal advocacy and litigation to build the collective power of AAPI women and girls to gain full agency over our lives, families, and communities. Our legal work seeks to advance the human and civil rights of AAPI women and girls by centering the voices and experiences of AAPI women and women of color and elevating an intersectional lens in litigation, legal frameworks, and the courts. Our work includes litigation on behalf of AAPI women, participation in amicus curiae briefs, and public education on legal issues and "Know Your Rights" trainings.
